Employment

For years, our unemployment rate has remained consistently over fifty percent. As Vice-Chairman I plan to continue our pursuit of employment opportunities for our people. But there is more to building an economy than just creating jobs. Before we create jobs we must build skills. We must inspire the development of a healthy workforce that can visualize their employment as a service that benefits their community and not just a paycheck.
