The following is a draft resolution on committee reform and a sample bylaws/policy for the Tribal Law and Order Committee. These documents were drafted by the Office of the Vice Chairman in response to the community's outcry for committee reform. These documents are only drafts and should be considered works in progress. Vice Chairman Reede plans to introduce the Committee Reform resolution upon further consultation with Tribal Council members and additional feedback from the community.

Furthermore, the sample bylaws/policy for the Law and Order Committee was submitted to that committee for consideration as they work to establish governing policies. The adoption of sample policy/bylaws is at the discretion of that committee. Thank you.
